RA QUICK INSURANCE accepts and process Cash, Bank/Online Deposit and through GCASH transaction. By using this Website (“Services”), the User agrees and authorizes RA QUICK INSURANCE to charge his account for all amounts payable according to these Terms and Conditions. The User’s account shall mean the account relevant to the bank, credit or debit card used to preauthorize the relevant amount or any other account as agreed.

If the User fails to pay any amount payable under these Terms and Conditions within the time limit indicated, the invoice or a notice or any other document, RA QUICK INSURANCE may, without compromising any other rights it has, will charge penalties or cancel any purchase made and terminate the Agreement.

If, in our judgement, your payment constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used to process the transactions.

Any receipt cancellation request from this Website or even through RA QUICK INSURANCE social media page, direct call/messages after release of policy, RA QUICK INSURANCE has the rights not to accept the request.

Any cancellation made after confirmation will not be granted and you are responsible to settle the amount in full or installment as agreed on the given schedule.

For each Service confirmed to RA QUICK INSURANCE, You will be provided an e-copy of policy through email and/or printed copy upon request only prior payment of premium where it is non-cancellable. Any alteration made without approval from issuing office will be deemed null and void.

Insurance Policy issuance is one time only. You are responsible to provide correct details prior to the issuance of both e-policy and printed copy. RA QUICK will not be liable for any wrong information that may cause charge to revise the copy of policy.

RA QUICK INSURANCE shall conduct investigation to each complaint and give respond as soon as possible to User by e-mail. RAQUICK INSURANCE decision regarding such complaint shall be final.

RA QUICK INSURANCE may offer Services from our Third-Party Service Provider, such as non-life insurance from our partner insurance companies and/or payment gateway. We legally have a pre-negotiated and exclusive arrangement with our Third-Party Service Provider for our Users benefits and to help the community.

As such, Our Third-Party Service Providers are not standing as an employee, staff or agent of RA QUICK INSURANCE but independent contractors and we have the right to advertise or post their product and services in this Website as agreed arrangement with them. If you decide to enable, access or use our Third-Party Services Providers, Your access and use of such other services are governed solely by the terms and conditions of such other services, and we do not endorse, are not responsible or liable for, and make no representations as to any aspect of such other services, including, without limitation, their content or the manner in which they handle data (including your data) or any interaction between you and the provider of such other services.

You irrevocably waive any claim against RA QUICK INSURANCE with respect to such other services. In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using this Website (“Service”) or Content:

• for any unlawful purposes.
•  Dealing, selling, transfer, assign, license, sublicense, distribute or commercially exploit or make available to any third party, website or company any agreement or confidential matters of RA QUICK INSURANCE in any way.
• Dealing and selling services directly to the client of RA QUICK INSURANCE which is not permitted and considered stealing of RA QUICK INSURANCE client and illegal transaction where the User will be held liable to RA QUICK INSURANCE under this Terms and to the government law.

• Users shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and data relating to RA QUICK INSURANCE, its Services, Products, marketing and promotion plans, or other related operations matters and its associated companies (oral or written) and whether before, on or after the date of signing the Agreement. User shall further ensure that you only use such confidential information in order to use the Service and shall not without the RA QUICK INSURANCE prior written consent, disclose such information to any third party nor use it for any other purposes.
• to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
